You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.

Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.

TAG Heuer: TAG Heuer watches are covered by a warranty valid for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase. For movements with a warranty date after 1 April 2020, this can be extended by an additional three years. Eligible movements include: Heuer 02, Heuer 02T, TH 20, TH 30, TH 31, TH 31-03, TH 50 and TH81. In addition, all watches purchased from 17 June 2025 onwards are covered by the warranty extension, except for TAG Heuer Connected watches. This entire process requires creating a 'MyTAGHeuer' account and registering the watch, including the serial number and international warranty number, along with the customer's personal details.
