Which watches do you buy?
Mainly Rolex, Omega, Cartier, Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet and similar maisons. If you are unsure, send us the details and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
Does the valuation cost anything?
No. The valuation is free and carries no obligation, whether online or in the boutique.
How do you set the price?
We look at the model, reference, condition, completeness (box and papers) and the current secondary market. We explain every figure so the offer is transparent.
Can I sell without box or papers?
Yes. Box and papers raise the value, but we buy watches without them too, after verifying authenticity.
How long does the whole process take?
An online offer usually arrives within 24–48 h. Once we receive and verify the watch, payment is made within 48 h.
How do I send the watch safely?
We arrange a free, fully insured DHL pickup. The watch travels covered from the moment the courier collects it.
What if something happens in transit?
The shipment is insured for the agreed value. In the unlikely event of loss or damage, the insurance covers it.
How will I get paid?
By bank transfer within 48 h of verification, or as trade-in credit towards another piece — whichever you prefer.
Can I trade my watch for another one?
Yes. We apply the agreed amount as credit towards any piece in our catalogue, new or pre-owned.
What if I change my mind?
You are free to decline the offer at any point before signing. If you have already sent the watch and decide not to sell, we return it to you insured.
What if the watch turns out not to be authentic?
We tell you straight away, with no judgement, and return it to you at no cost. We never buy pieces we cannot authenticate.
Do you buy from outside Spain?
