We treat every piece to the same technical standard, whether you bring it to Venezuela 49 in person or send it insured from the other end of the country. You choose.

For those in Vigo, A Coruña, Pontevedra or nearby. Talking face to face with the watchmaker speeds up the diagnosis and lets you see the workshop where your piece will be handled.

An appointment with the watchmaker in charge, no waiting at the counter.
In-workshop assessment, opening the piece in front of you: you leave with clear guidance the same day.
A signed paper quote at the boutique: decide there or take it home to think it over.
If you prefer, collect the piece at the boutique at the end of the service too.

Home collection across Spain (24 h) and the EU (48-72 h), or drop-off at any DHL point.

Every client gets a private link when the service starts. Updates also arrive by WhatsApp, so nobody has to download anything or log in. Three decades of craft, now with the transparency technology allows.

Every intervention is done only once.

Every intervention carries the signature of the watchmaker in charge. Before we touch anything we give you a detailed written quote — no surprises, no diagnosis fee.

Full service

Movement opening, ultrasonic cleaning, lubrication, rate control in six positions and a water-resistance test. The complete overhaul every mechanical watch needs every 5-7 years.

Water-resistance test

Tested on the same machine we use to certify new watches. Essential before swimming, sport or any water exposure, even on pieces with a certified gasket.

Rate adjustment

If your watch runs faster or slower than the brand certifies, we adjust it on the bench with a timegrapher. Returned within the calibre's official tolerances.

Case and bracelet polishing

We recover the original finishes (satin, mirror polish, micro-blasting) while respecting the factory geometry. The watch leaves indistinguishable from new.

Crystal, crown and pushers

Sapphire crystal, crowns, pushers or screw tubes replaced with the brand's original parts. The piece recovers its original look and water resistance.

Strap and bracelet change

A wide range in leather, rubber, steel, gold or technical materials. Custom sizing and link adjustment, with a wrist fitting at the boutique before closing.

Battery change

Not just any battery change: it includes a water-resistance test, gasket check and rate control. The difference between an official service centre and an ordinary jeweller.

Vintage restoration

Pieces of historical or sentimental value: grandfather's watch, the wedding gift, the family's first Rolex. We bring it back to life, respecting the original patina, dial and hands.

Repair, transformation and maintenance of jewellery: the pieces you bought from us and those that arrive after generations in the family.

Jewellery repair

Broken chains, clasps that give way, loose settings, invisible solders in gold and platinum. We restore the piece's structural integrity without touching the original design.

Cleaning and shine

Professional ultrasonic cleaning plus hand polishing. The jewel recovers the clarity of its gems and the reflection of its metal; the difference from a home clean shows in five seconds.

Setting inspection

Loupe check of every prong, claw and stone-fixing point. Recommended yearly on everyday pieces: it prevents the worst case, losing a diamond to wear.

Polishing and rhodium plating

We remove the surface scratches of wear and apply a fresh rhodium bath on white-gold pieces to restore their original cool tone. Recommended every 2-3 years.

Personalised engraving

Initials, dates, dedications or monograms on wedding bands, medals, rings and plaques. Hand or laser engraving depending on the piece and the chosen typeface.

Jewellery transformation

That inherited jewel you no longer wear: we redesign it with you in the workshop. A pendant that becomes a pair of earrings, a ring that becomes a bracelet. The stone and gold are kept; the piece is reborn.
