Warranty

TAG Heuer watches are covered by a warranty valid for a minimum of 24 months from the date of purchase. For movements with a warranty date after 1 April 2020, this can be extended by an additional three years. Eligible movements include: Heuer 02, Heuer 02T, TH 20, TH 30, TH 31, TH 31-03, TH 50 and TH81. In addition, all watches purchased from 17 June 2025 onwards are covered by the warranty extension, except for TAG Heuer Connected watches. This entire process requires creating a 'MyTAGHeuer' account and registering the watch, including the serial number and international warranty number, along with the customer's personal details.

Oris offers a two-year warranty period, which can be extended to 3, 5 or 10 years depending on the model by registering with 'MyOris'. This warranty covers material and manufacturing defects that already existed when the watch was delivered. During the warranty period, the owner of the watch is entitled to free repair of defects. If Oris considers that repair is not possible, the watch will be replaced with an identical or similar Oris watch within the warranty period. The warranty is only valid if the watch has been registered by an official retailer or if the owner has registered the original warranty in 'MyOris'.

All Bell & Ross watches come with an international warranty (parts and labour, straps not included) of two years from the purchase date shown on the warranty card.

Tissot watches come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing and material defects present at the time the piece is delivered. This warranty is only valid if the electronic warranty is activated by an official retailer, or if the warranty certificate is dated and stamped by an official retailer. It does not cover the battery, wear, impacts or unauthorised interference.

All Hamilton watches come with an international warranty of two years from the date of purchase. This warranty covers, at no additional cost, any manufacturing defect and is valid worldwide through the official Hamilton Service network. The original physical warranty card must be presented, correctly filled in, dated and stamped by an authorised official retailer at the time of purchase.

MIDO watches are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. The international warranty covers manufacturing and material defects present at the time the watch is delivered. The warranty only comes into effect if the electronic warranty is activated by the official retailer, or if the certificate is dated and fully stamped by an official retailer. It does not cover the battery, wear, impacts or unauthorised interventions. The warranty period for chronometers with COSC certification has been extended by an additional three years (60 months in total).

A Frederique Constant watch is guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid once activated via the QR code available on the 'Ewarranty ACTIVATION & BENEFITS' card or on the certificate of authenticity signed and stamped by the authorised retailer. This warranty covers issues affecting the operation of your watch caused by manufacturing defects.

All NORQAIN watches include a two-year international manufacturer's warranty for those with a standard movement, and four years for those with an in-house manufacture movement. If the watch was purchased from an authorised retailer, it is enough to present the official international manufacturer's warranty to a retailer. The one-year warranty can be extended by a further year on the NORQAIN website.

Junghans offers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. All manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge during this period. Normal wear of parts such as straps, cases, glass and battery (where applicable), resulting from daily use, is excluded from this warranty. The warranty will be voided if the production number is removed from the case back of the watch or becomes illegible. To claim the warranty, bring the watch together with your purchase receipt and the duly completed warranty certificate to an authorised retailer.

NOMOS watches offer an international warranty of two years from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing and material defects in the movement, case and dial. Natural wear, leather straps and damage caused by misuse or impacts are excluded. Anyone wishing to make a warranty claim must bring the watch to the retailer where it was purchased, together with the original invoice and the warranty booklet.

International warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase from an authorised Baume & Mercier retailer. In addition, if you have a watch fitted with a Baumatic movement, you can benefit from a six-year warranty extension within 60 days of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear of non-metal straps (leather, rubber, synthetic polymer), and in these cases, the replacement of the straps will be at the customer's expense.

Damiani offers a two-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. In addition, the brand offers after-sales services (cleaning, polishing, engraving and resizing) and a free insurance programme against theft and robbery for certain registered pieces of jewellery.

All Nanis jewellery, crafted in 750 gold (10 karat), is covered by a 24-month warranty against any manufacturing defect confirmed at the official service centre. You can extend the warranty by a further 24 months free of charge by sending a request, providing your details and attaching a copy of your proof of purchase. For the warranty to remain valid, the extended warranty receipt must be presented to an authorised retailer, together with the duly completed, stamped and signed warranty certificate.

Chimento's official international warranty is valid for 24 months from the date of purchase of the piece of jewellery. This warranty covers manufacturing defects through free repair or replacement when the defect is not the result of improper use.

Mattioli jewellery comes with an international warranty of two years against manufacturing or material defects. It covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, provided the item was purchased through an authorised official retailer and shows no damage from misuse.

Roberto Coin offers a 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects. It excludes damage from improper use, accidents, normal wear or third-party interference. All repairs must be handled through authorised retailers.
