Shipping & Returns

We offer free shipping to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. For orders to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla or abroad, please contact the store to check the applicable conditions.

Shipping costs include transport, insurance of the goods and, where applicable, customs clearance at origin.

Maximum delivery time is 15 business days. Within Spain, orders are usually delivered within 48–72 hours, Monday to Friday.

If your order is delayed beyond the stated time, you are entitled to cancel it and receive a full refund of the amount paid, with no right to any further compensation.

Check the condition of the shipment in the presence of the carrier and note any anomaly (broken seals, impacts, moisture or other visible damage) on the delivery note before signing for receipt.

You have a 14 calendar day right of withdrawal from delivery of the order.

To exercise it, contact the store and follow the procedure we indicate. Returns processed through any other channel are not accepted.

This right does not apply to special or personalised orders, nor to made-to-order pieces.

Shipping costs for the original order and for the return itself are non-refundable.

Products that have been handled, used or are missing their security seals are not accepted. The item must be returned with its original packaging complete: box, documentation and accessories.

Once the product has been verified, the refund is issued within a maximum of 15 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
