Processing is governed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) and the rest of the data-protection legislation in force. Merely accessing or browsing the site does not constitute consent to the processing of your data: where consent is required, we will ask for it through an affirmative action on your part.

You must be at least 18 years old to provide personal data through this site. Users guarantee the truthfulness, accuracy and currency of the data provided. The data we request is necessary to handle your enquiries and provide the associated services; without it we will not be able to assist you properly.

    Retention
For the duration of the contractual relationship and, once ended, 5 years for tax obligations (Spanish Law 58/2003) and 3 years for contract claims. In the event of a dispute, until it is finally resolved.
