You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.

Engraved pieces or those resized to custom measurements cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.

Damiani: Damiani offers a two-year international warranty covering manufacturing defects. In addition, the brand offers after-sales services (cleaning, polishing, engraving and resizing) and a free insurance programme against theft and robbery for certain registered pieces of jewellery.
