You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.

Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.

Junghans: Junghans offers a two-year warranty from the date of purchase. All manufacturing defects are repaired free of charge during this period. Normal wear of parts such as straps, cases, glass and battery (where applicable), resulting from daily use, is excluded from this warranty. The warranty will be voided if the production number is removed from the case back of the watch or becomes illegible. To claim the warranty, bring the watch together with your purchase receipt and the duly completed warranty certificate to an authorised retailer.
