You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.

Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.

Nomos: NOMOS watches offer an international warranty of two years from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing and material defects in the movement, case and dial. Natural wear, leather straps and damage caused by misuse or impacts are excluded. Anyone wishing to make a warranty claim must bring the watch to the retailer where it was purchased, together with the original invoice and the warranty booklet.
