You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.

Engraved pieces or those resized to custom measurements cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.

Nanis: All Nanis jewellery, crafted in 750 gold (10 karat), is covered by a 24-month warranty against any manufacturing defect confirmed at the official service centre. You can extend the warranty by a further 24 months free of charge by sending a request, providing your details and attaching a copy of your proof of purchase. For the warranty to remain valid, the extended warranty receipt must be presented to an authorised retailer, together with the duly completed, stamped and signed warranty certificate.
