You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.

Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.

Mido: MIDO watches are guaranteed for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. The international warranty covers manufacturing and material defects present at the time the watch is delivered. The warranty only comes into effect if the electronic warranty is activated by the official retailer, or if the certificate is dated and fully stamped by an official retailer. It does not cover the battery, wear, impacts or unauthorised interventions. The warranty period for chronometers with COSC certification has been extended by an additional three years (60 months in total).
