You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.

Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.

Baume & Mercier: International warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase from an authorised Baume & Mercier retailer. In addition, if you have a watch fitted with a Baumatic movement, you can benefit from a six-year warranty extension within 60 days of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear of non-metal straps (leather, rubber, synthetic polymer), and in these cases, the replacement of the straps will be at the customer's expense.
