Exchanges & returns
You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.
Engraved pieces or those resized to custom measurements cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Warranty & authenticity
Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.
Mattioli: Mattioli jewellery comes with an international warranty of two years against manufacturing or material defects. It covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, provided the item was purchased through an authorised official retailer and shows no damage from misuse.
