You have 14 days to return your order, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. If the piece is defective, pickup is free; otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are issued within a maximum of 14 days of receiving the piece.

Authenticity: every piece is delivered with official documentation sealed by Joyería Suiza, an authorized dealer in Vigo. Coverage: official brand warranty of at least 24 months from the purchase date against manufacturing and material defects. Exclusions: damage from misuse, drops, impacts, unauthorized tampering or normal wear. Claims: via WhatsApp, email or in person at the boutique — our own workshop, no intermediaries.

Tissot: Tissot watches come with a 24-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing and material defects present at the time the piece is delivered. This warranty is only valid if the electronic warranty is activated by an official retailer, or if the warranty certificate is dated and stamped by an official retailer. It does not cover the battery, wear, impacts or unauthorised interference.
